3 Reasons why you should train


1) Training builds character.

Training daily takes discipline. It encourages and instils it. Training will give you self-confidence in yourself, as it is training that will improve your mind and body. Your self-image. Training, if done right, will build a never-quit, never-die attitude that is transferable to your every day life and goals. Training will reveal many things about you and will teach you virtues such as patience (like when chasing after a training goal that would seem to take months and years instead of days and months).

2) Training will help you look good and let you know the true value of looking good.

When one trains, one is doing the act of sculpting their body. When someone says they are training purely for strength and not looks, they too, are sculpting their body by increasing the strength of their nerves to contract their muscles harder and their ligaments and connective tissues to be more durable and dense. When you train with intensity, vigour, and every time you train you are on a mission, a war… Every definition on the body you have…every line, every cut, every detail, every ounce of muscle…every strength you obtain, can use, and show you will have earned. This enables you to walk tall, to go places and take your shirt off like the beach, and training is what let’s you earn and gain those assets you have. Training let’s you stand out, be respected, because everyone can see your well-earned body. Being strong and having a nicely shaped body will open doors for you, will let you have more people talk to you, more of the opposite sex to respond to you and it will cast out the weak and jealous and only attract strong, positive and hard working people just like you.

3) Training will make you healthy

When you train you are building your bones, your heart, your lungs, your connective tissues, your nerves, your muscles, everything! Training even makes you have better sex, better digestion, and even lets you sleep better. Weak bones and muscles equals easy injuries and less strength in every day tasks. A weak cardiovascular system equals decreased oxygen to the muscles and organs which can lead to diseases. Did you know training can actually help you detox? Its true! Uric acid is released out of the skin through sweat! So get rid of those toxins in your body by exercise!

Training has many more benefits. Training can make you youthful, make you feel great and energetic, is an awesome stress reliever and can help you if you are ever faced in a life and death situation such as hanging off a cliff or a fight to protect the ones you love.

Training is fun! You can train however you like, in ways you like. As long as you give it effort you’ll get results. The moment you get over the hurdle of the initial battle in your head of whether you should or you shouldn’t (and you should kick that other part of your head and say that you should every time), you’ll start loving it and you’ll look forward to training every time. The knowledge of improvement in strength, health and fitness is more than enough but the knowledge that you are bettering yourself and not making excuses like almost everyone would when it comes to actually doing the training and doing the work should have you sold.

Training builds character, will help you look good and keep you healthy. Training should be part of your every day life and it should be part of you. Training at times might be painful, but just remember, pain doesn’t hurt.

  • First of all I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question that I’d
    like to ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
    I’ve had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.
    I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to
    15 minutes tend to be wasted just trying to figure out how to begin.

      Hey friend, I don’t really have a technique. When I write, I don’t have distractions and I just write whatever comes to mind. My writing style is very much how I’d talk to someone about a topic as a friend or a hot girl haha. I never re-write what I type, I only edit spelling mistakes..well, if I can be bothered. If I had to give a tip, I’d say just be yourself, not like anyone else, and instead of thinking about “writing” think about you “talking”. You don’t have to be funny if you aren’t funny, and you don’t have to be serious if you aren’t serious. Be yourself. Also don’t procrastinate. Have a goal and keep going till it’s done. Hope that helps! Now get in there and do it!

      haha that’s odd that I’d be in yahoo news especially seeing as I have a taste to find pictures of random tentacle monsters and the goddamned chuck norris. Well, I don’t have a tip per say, I just got my site listed for all the search engines! Hope that helps!
