 Got a date with a hot Italian fitness bunny? Is the only way she’ll date you if you have your very own low carbohydrate recipes? Then this is something that will wow them along with your “apparently well read literary knowledge of their back round”. This dish has Italian origins, and is very simple and easy to make! The butter well melt from your mouth bite after bite! Amazing!

Enough of that stuff! Let’s get down to the how to!

 

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 4 prosciutto slices
  • 4 sage leaves
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • salt, pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Place a prosciutto slice and a sage leaf on each chicken fillet and secure them both with a toothpick
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet or frying pan over low to medium heat and place the chicken in the butter
  3. Cook it on both sides until golden brown then serve it with your favourite side dish.

Nutritional information per serving:

Calories: 458

Fat: 21.5g

Protein: 60.3g

Carbohydrates: 2.5g

So tasty and simple that you better make double or you’re going to eat it all before your date does. Heck, it’s so tasty that if my date decides it’d be cute to steal a piece off my plate I’ll teach her the lesson of never to steal a man’s food, and she’ll have to give me roses in the morning…right after angry love making that will wake that neighbour that lives next door to me because he’s an anushole. His cat too. Happy eating!

PS: In case you do have a date with someone who is of Italian heritage, and you decide to tell them what you may know about their historical ancestors because you think it’ll be a witty and interesting conversation piece, do not say the same thing as this guy off true romance says (which by the way is a frigging awesome old school movie):
