Yes, you read that right – brownies with a heat kick. Chocolate and chili is a combination that lasts for centuries already. Don’t worry about the heat though; it’s not that strong and definitely not overpowering the taste of the brownies. It just emphasizes the aroma of chocolate and makes it a special dessert.

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 8 hours

Servings: 8

1 cup buckwheat flour

¼ cup coconut flour

½ cup cocoa powder

1 pinch salt

¼ teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

¼ cup raw honey

  2. In a different bowl, combine the raw honey with the coconut oil and eggs.

  3. Mix dry ingredients with the wet ones and give it a good mix

  4. Pour batter into slow cooker and cook on low settings for 8 hours

  5. When done, cut into small squares and serve with a glass of almond milk
